Method
- Grind coarsely red chillies and garlic, add tomato paste and red chilli powder to this along with 1/4 cup water.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a wok, add this paste and cook.
- Add salt, when it comes to a boil, simmer and cook covered on a slow fire for 5 min or till the oil separates from the gravy.
- Switch off the stove and add 2 tsp of oil.
- Leave covered for 3 more min.
- Delicious, tangy chutney is ready.
- You can have this with cooked rice or veg fried rice or ghee rice.

6 cloves of garlic

1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp oil
1/4 cup water
