  1. Soak boiled rice for 2 hours. Clean it and grind to a fine paste after adding all the ingredients except methi leaves. Leave this for about 7-8 hours to ferment.

  2. Add methi leaves.
  3. Heat Tava on medium heat and spread the batter on the tava like dosa and fry till it is done. (Iron tava will be very good).

  4. Serve with chutney of your choice. Happy cooking!! Healthy eating!!

Ingredients:
Boiled Rice- 2 cups
4- 5 Green Chillies
1 inch piece Ginger
Salt (according to taste)
Methi Leaves - 1 cup
Oil for frying
