Method
  1. Chop the mango into big cubes.
  2. Boil along with slit green chillies and salt
  3. When it is cooked (not too soft), add the jaggery.
  4. Temper with mustard seeds
  5. Fry vepampoo in ghee till the flowers turn brown and start smoking and add to the mixture
  6. Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
1 - small raw mango
5-6 - green chillies
1/2 tsp - jaggery, crushed
1 tsp - Vepampoo or neem flower
1/2 tsp - oil
1tsp - ghee
Salt to taste
Mustard to temper
Curry and coriander leaves to garnish
