Method
  1. Chop the karela into very small pieces . Deep fry the pieces in oil .

  2. Keep it aside

  3. Powder the copra , red chillies and tamarind . Add salt and the fried bitter gourd pieces .

  4. Serve with idli and ghee .

  5. This powder lasts for about 1-2 weeks

Ingredients:
1 karela
4-5 red chillies
1 cup grated copra
1/2 lemon sized ball of tamarind
Oil for frying
