Method
  1. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa, add mustard seeds and urad dal.
  2. Add all the vegetables and some water.
  3. Cook covered for 20 mins on a low flame.
  4. Add salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder.
  5. Colorful curry is ready for lunch
Ingredients:
1 - carrot
2 - white radish
1 - potato, chopped into small cubes
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1 tsp - garam masala powder
2 tsp - salt to taste oil
1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
Some urad dal
