Method
  1. Soak rice and methi seeds together.
  2. After 5 hours grind well.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Keep aside for 8 hours.
  5. Make idlis in idli mould.
  6. Serve with onion sambar.
  7. Good breakfast for diabetic patients
Ingredients:
3 cups - boiled rice
1 tbsp - methi seeds
salt to taste
