Method
Just boil all the vegetables in a pot with enough water and then take the vegetable stalk out.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and add chopped onions, 1 tbsp of garlic paste.
Fry it till golden brown.
Add a pinch of hing, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, tamarind paste, black salt and salt as per your taste.
Finally add one spoon of sugar to take out the tangy taste.
