Vegetable Rasam

Method
  1. Just boil all the vegetables in a pot with enough water and then take the vegetable stalk out.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and add chopped onions, 1 tbsp of garlic paste.
  3. Fry it till golden brown.
  4. Add a pinch of hing, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, tamarind paste, black salt and salt as per your taste.
  5. Finally add one spoon of sugar to take out the tangy taste.

any left over vegetables in your fridge
