Method
  1. Pressure cook toordaal and take out tamarind juice.
  2. Cook all the vegetables in it.
  3. Take kadai put 1 tsp ghee and fry chanadal, rice and coriander seeds, methi curry leaves.
  4. Grind all these things in mixie.
  5. Add this masala paste and dal to tamarind juice.
  6. Add salt, boil it for 5 minutes.
  7. Give tadaka with mustard seeds serve it with rice.

2 tsp - chanadal
2 tsp - rice
2 tsp - coriander seeds
1 tsp - methi seeds
toordal
tamarind
pumpkin
onion
tomato
bottle gourd
curry leaves
coconut scrapings
