Plantain Flower Vada

Method
  1. Cook quarter boil of Plantain flower.
  2. Soak Gram dhal one hour and grind half.
  3. Chop evenly onion, green chillies and ginger.
  4. Mix all the above and make Vada.

Note:
The plantain flower vada will be very nice and crispy.
We can add onion chutney as side dish.

Ingredients:
plantain flower - 1 big
onion - 100 gms
green chillies - 6
coconut (grated) - 1 small cup
gram dhal - 100 gms
ginger - little bit
ajinomotto - little bit
coriander leaves
mint leaves
asafoetida
salt to taste
