Method
  1. Boil potato, mash it together with chopped green chilli and green coriander.
  2. Divide into eight balls and press between palms.
  3. Place on preheated iron plate and shallow fry.
  4. Serve hot with whipped curd and sweet chutney.
Ingredients:
250g - potato
15g - green chilli (chopped)
20g - green coriander (chopped)
Salt to taste
5g - garam masala powder
2.5 g - red chilli powder
Refined oil for shallow fry
