Method
- Wash paneer well in water and hang in a muslin cloth till the the water is drained.
- Remove and gently knead the dough to mash the granules, if any.
- Add cocoa powder and powdered sugar and knead again to obtain a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions, and stuff with a piece of chocolate.
- Make lemon-sized balls.
- Cook the balls in milk on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Keep aside to cool.
- Now, pour the rabri into flat saucers or in stem glasses and place the chenna chocolate balls over the rabri.
- Serve cold covered with chocolate sauce.
Ingredients:
250g - chenna (paneer made from cow`s milk)
2 tbsp - cocoa powder
2 tsp - powdered sugar
A few pieces of chocolate for stuffing
100 ml milk
250 ml rabri
Chocolate sauce as desired
