Corn Beetroot Raita

  1. Cut the beetroot into small pcs.
  2. Boil the sweet corn
  3. Take a bowl add curd to it
  4. Add the small pieces of beetroot corn salt chaat masala and mix well
  5. Decorate with coriander leaves
  6. Enjoy pink raita with beet root paratha or any other paratha or rice.

Note:
The high fibre and folate content of corn contributes to heart health.

Ingredients:
250g - curd
1 - beetroot
20g - sweet corn
1 tsp - chaat masala
Salt as per taste
1 cup - coriander leaves
