Method
- Combine all ingredients; knead to a stiff dough with water.
- Keep for 10 mins.
- Divide dough into 50 equal portions and roll inot this rounds.
- Prick each puri with a fork and arrange on a greased baking tray.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 mins at 200 C
- Cool and store in an air tight container.

200 g - wheat flour
2 tsp - oil
1/2 tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - oil for greasing
