Method
  1. Boil the rice and keep aside.
  2. Make a paste of mint, coriander, green chillies, cumin seeds
  3. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan, add a pinch of hing, add the green paste
  4. When the paste starts bubbling, add the rice, salt, aamchur powder and mix well.
  5. Enjoy this pulao with tomato raita.
Ingredients:
250g - baasmati rice
500g - mint leaves
500g - coriander leaves
2 to 3 - green chillies
1 tsp - roasted jeera
1/4 tsp - aamchur powder
Salt as per taste
A pinch of hing
Butter for cooking
