Method
Boil the rice and keep aside.
Make a paste of mint, coriander, green chillies, cumin seeds
Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan, add a pinch of hing, add the green paste
When the paste starts bubbling, add the rice, salt, aamchur powder and mix well.
Enjoy this pulao with tomato raita.
