Method
  1. Boil the peas and crush it into thick paste
  2. Heat 1 tbsp mustard oil in the pan
  3. Put in the cumin seeds
  4. When the seeds start crackling, add chopped onion
  5. When onions are done, add the tomato puree, salt and all spices except garam masala.
  6. When the masala starts bubbling, add potatoes and crushed peas
  7. Cook on slow fire, covered with lid.
  8. When done, add the garam masala and coriander leaves.
  9. Enjoy with rice or roti.
Ingredients:
250g - peas
1 - potato
1 - onion
1 - tomato
1 cup - coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1 tsp - coriander powder
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/4 tsp - garam masala
1 tsp - cumin seeds
Oil for cooking
