Method
  1. Cut and wash all the vegetables.
  2. Mix all the daals, rice and wash it.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mix. of whole masalas, whole red chilli and cardomom.
  4. When they start crackling, add cut onions let them turn brown then add cut pieces of Tomatoes.
  5. Then pour in the mix. of daal, rice, vegetables, and all the masalas. Pour in two glasses of water and let it cook.
  6. It can be cooked in pressure pan.
Ingredients:
150g - rice
Oil for cooking
2 to 3 pieces of red whole chilly & cardamom
1 cup coriander leaves
50g - tuvar dal
50g - chana dal
50g - whole moong dal
50g - whole masoor dal
50g - carrot
50g - potatoes
50g - peas
50g - cauliflower
50g - french beans
1/4 tsp - cumin seeds
1/4tsp - turmeric powder
1/4tsp - chilli powder
1/4tsp - coriander powder
Salt as per taste
1 - onion
1 - tomato
1 tbsp - mix of raisins, cashews, almonds
1 tsp - mix of whole masala (black pepper, cinamom stick, clove)
