Jack fruit stuffed paratha
Method
- Boil raw jack fruit and keep aside.
- Soak channa dal and boil the same until done and keep aside.
- Mash jack fruit and channa dal well.
- Take kadhai, add mustard seed, onion and ginger garlic paste.
- Once it is done, add coriander powder, stir for 2 min.
- Combine the same with jack fruit and dal, mix well.
- Add coriander leaves and salt mix well.
- Now take one ball of wheat flour dough, stuff it and roll into chapatti.
- Roast on tawa.
- Serve with curd, or any gravy masala.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour dough
1 piece raw jack fruit
1/2 cup channa dal
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 medium size onion
1 tbsp corainder powder
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
