Jack fruit stuffed paratha

Method
  1. Boil raw jack fruit and keep aside.
  2. Soak channa dal and boil the same until done and keep aside.
  3. Mash jack fruit and channa dal well.
  4. Take kadhai, add mustard seed, onion and ginger garlic paste.
  5. Once it is done, add coriander powder, stir for 2 min.
  6. Combine the same with jack fruit and dal, mix well.
  7. Add coriander leaves and salt mix well.
  8. Now take one ball of wheat flour dough, stuff it and roll into chapatti.
  9. Roast on tawa.
  10. Serve with curd, or any gravy masala.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour dough
1 piece raw jack fruit
1/2 cup channa dal
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 medium size onion
1 tbsp corainder powder
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
