Method
  1. Mix matha, chilli, turmeric powder, masala and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Now add mashed potato.
  4. After a while, add mixture of matha and cook until it becomes little thick and serve.
Ingredients:
400ml matha (buttermilk)
2 big potatoes
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 pinch hing
Salt
Curry leaves
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp oil
1 tsp besan/gram flour
