Sweet pumpkin poori

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients for poories and make a dough.
  2. Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  3. Prepare sugar syrup.
  4. Simultaneously fry poories and start adding to it.
  5. Keep the poories in syrup till the syrup soaks in.
  6. Remove from the syrup.
  7. Garnish with chopped badam, pista and cashew.

      Note: Syrup should be prepared on low flame.

Ingredients:

For poories:
1 cup grated white pumpkin
1 cup wheat flour
1 pinch cooking soda
Milk required for dough

For syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
A few drops of rose essence
1 tsp chopped badam
1 tsp chopped cashew
